Proposal Software for Outdoor Living and Paver Contractors
Scope, photos, payment schedule and a legally binding signature, on the homeowner's phone before you have left the driveway.
Included from the Basic plan · $65/mo · No credit card required
The way it works now
The proposal is where most patio jobs are lost.
Rarely on price. Usually in the three days between the site visit and the PDF, the attachment that will not open on a phone, and the printed page nobody ever gets around to signing.
- A document emailed Tuesday, opened Friday, forgotten by Monday
- No idea whether they read it, or which page made them hesitate
- A signature that needs a printer, a scanner and a second conversation
Everything the homeowner needs to say yes, in one link.
-
Scope they can actually follow
Plain-language sections for excavation, base prep, materials, edging and cleanup, instead of a wall of line items.
-
Photos of work like theirs
A strip from the site visit or from a past job in the same style, so they can picture the finished patio.
-
The payment schedule up front
Deposit to schedule, materials on site, balance at completion. Nothing is a surprise at the halfway point.
-
Legally binding e-signature
They sign with a finger. The signed copy is stored on the job and emailed to both of you.
-
Viewed and signed alerts
You know the moment it opens, so the follow-up call lands while they are still looking at it.
-
Your terms on every page
Warranty language, exclusions and your change-order policy applied by default.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
- 1
Build it from the estimate
One click turns a finished estimate into a proposal. The numbers carry across; you add the story.
- 2
Send the link
Text or email. It opens on any phone with no login, no PDF reader and no pinch-to-zoom.
- 3
Watch it open
A notification when they view it, and every view logged on the record.
- 4
They sign, you schedule
The signed proposal becomes a job with milestones and the deposit invoice already in place.
Written for hardscape work, not generic contracting.
Most proposal tools were built for agencies and consultants. Your proposal has to explain why six inches of compacted base matters, why the price moved when the grade did, and what happens when it rains for a week.
- Templates for patios, retaining walls, driveways, outdoor kitchens and pool decks
- Change orders with their own line items and their own signature when scope moves
- Optional upgrades the homeowner can select themselves
- Your logo, your colors and your warranty on every page

Can homeowners sign a hardscape proposal on their phone?
Yes. The proposal opens as a web page on any phone and the signature is captured with a finger. There is nothing to download and no account to create. The signed copy is emailed to both of you and stored on the job.
Is an electronic signature legally binding for a paver contract?
Electronic signatures are legally binding in the United States under the ESIGN Act and UETA. Each signature is stored with a timestamp, the signer's name and email, and the IP address it came from, which is the audit trail you would want if a job were ever disputed.
Can I include photos of past projects in a proposal?
Yes. Add photos from the site visit or from any past job in the system. Most contractors show three to six photos of work in the same style, which does more to close a $30,000 patio than another page of specifications.
What happens after the homeowner signs?
The proposal converts into a job with its milestones laid out and the deposit invoice ready to send. You do not re-key the scope, the price or the client's details anywhere.
How much does proposal software cost?
Proposals are included from the Basic plan at $65 per month, along with estimates, e-signatures and client management. Plans that add the lead pipeline, invoicing and the client portal start at $95 per month.
