Client Portal Software for Outdoor Living and Paver Contractors

A private, branded page where the homeowner sees progress, the current milestone, documents and invoices, under your name and your logo.

Included from the Essential plan · $95/mo · No credit card required

The way it works now

Every update is a phone call you have to take.

A $40,000 patio is the biggest thing a homeowner has bought this year. When they cannot see what is happening, they text. Usually while you are standing on a different site.

  • Three quick questions a day for every active job
  • Documents re-sent because nobody can find the original email
  • A client who does not know what happens next, so assumes nothing is

Their project, in a link, under your brand.

  • Milestone progress

Where the job stands, what comes next, and the date it is scheduled for.

  • Your name on it

Your logo, colors and phone number. It looks like your company, not like software.

  • Documents in one place

The signed proposal, change orders, warranty and photos, available without another email.

  • Invoices and online payment

What is paid, what is due, and a pay-now link that works from the portal.

  • Photos as the job runs

Daily log photos shared through, so they can follow progress without driving by.

  • You can see the visits

Every portal visit lands in your notifications, which tells you who is paying attention.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

It is created with the job

Nothing to set up. The signed proposal makes the job, and the job makes the portal.

  2. 2

    Send the link

One link, no password to remember, works on any phone.

  3. 3

    It keeps itself current

Milestones, photos and invoices flow in as the job progresses.

  4. 4

    The calls thin out

Status questions stop, and the ones that do come through are worth taking.

Designed for a homeowner, not a construction team.

Enterprise portals assume the other side has a project manager. Yours has a homeowner who wants to know when their backyard will be usable again, on their phone, without a login.

  • No account and no password required
  • Plain language instead of construction terminology
  • Built for a phone first
  • Branded to your company on every page

Questions contractors ask

Something not covered here? Talk to our team.

Do homeowners need to create an account?

No. The portal opens from a private link. There is no password to remember and nothing to install, which is the reason clients actually use it.

Is the portal branded to my company?

Yes. Your logo, colors and contact details are on every page. The homeowner sees your company, not the software behind it.

What can the client see?

Milestone progress and the next scheduled date, the signed proposal and any change orders, job photos, and their invoices with a pay-online link. You control what gets shared.

Can they pay from the portal?

Yes. Invoices appear in the portal with card and ACH payment, and payments record against the job automatically.

Will I know if they have looked at it?

Every portal visit appears in your notifications, so you can tell the difference between a client who is following along and one who has gone quiet.
