Crew Scheduling Software for Outdoor Living and Paver Contractors

A color-coded timeline of every job and every crew, with conflicts caught as you drag, and a week that reshuffles when the weather does.

Included from the Growth plan · $175/mo · No credit card required

The way it works now

Two jobs, one crew, Tuesday morning.

The schedule lives on a whiteboard, in a group text and in your head. When it rains on Monday, all three have to be rebuilt, and one of them gets missed.

  • Crews arriving at a site that is not ready for them
  • A rained-out week that takes an evening to reschedule
  • Clients given a start date nobody wrote down

One timeline for every crew and every job.

  • Drag-and-drop timeline

Jobs and milestones by crew, color coded, across the week or the day.

  • Conflict detection

Double-booking a crew is flagged as you drag, not when they call from the wrong driveway.

  • Milestones, not just jobs

Excavation Monday, base Tuesday, install Wednesday, each with its own crew and window.

  • Reschedule in one move

Move a milestone and the ones after it follow, with the client's portal date updated too.

  • A morning huddle view

Every crew, address and start time for the day on a single screen.

  • Filters that matter

By crew, by job, by status, with a today marker so you always know where you are.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Break the job into milestones

The phases carry over from the job, each with its own duration.

  2. 2

    Drop them on a crew

Drag onto the timeline. Overlaps and conflicts surface immediately.

  3. 3

    Run the week

The day view is what the crews work from; the week view is what you plan against.

  4. 4

    Adjust when it rains

Move the milestone and everything after it moves with it.

Weather is a first-class citizen.

Scheduling tools built for offices assume Tuesday happens as planned. Hardscaping assumes it rains, the base needs another day to dry, and everything downstream shifts.

  • Milestones that move together when one slips
  • Daily logs that record the weather behind the change
  • Crew assignments with start and end dates, not fixed appointments
  • Clients see the new date without anybody making a call

Questions contractors ask

Something not covered here? Talk to our team.

Can I schedule by crew instead of by individual?

Yes. The crew is the unit: assign one to a milestone and the timeline shows their whole week. You can still see who is on each crew.

What happens when a job runs long or it rains?

Drag the milestone to its new dates and the milestones after it move with it. The client's portal shows the updated schedule, so the call you would otherwise have to make is already handled.

Does it stop me double-booking a crew?

Conflicts are flagged as you drag, before you drop. You can still override deliberately, for example when two crews share a site for a day.

Can crews see the schedule from the field?

Yes. The day view works on a phone, with the address and start time for every crew.

Does scheduling connect to the job and the client?

Every milestone belongs to a job, which belongs to a client. Moving a date updates the job, the client portal and any milestone invoices tied to it.
